Request account deletion

You can ask us to close your Engaged account and delete the personal data connected to it.

Using the app

In Engaged, open Settings, then Trade account, then Request account deletion. You will be asked to confirm the request before we act on it.

Can’t access the app?

Enter the email address you use for Engaged and send us a request. We will verify it before acting. Never send your password by email.

What happens next

We check that any Engaged service number and call forwarding are dealt with safely before closing the account. We then delete account data and call information unless a legal or security reason requires limited retention. We will tell you if that applies.
